With all branches linked to our custom built operational system insurers are able to log in via our website and monitor all aspects of building works down to the last conversation with the client

From our first steps interstate in 2000, we are the benchmark for the industry. Our operational systems and service levels are still the envy of our competitors on a local level and the quality & professionalism of our repair process is renowned nationally. How did we grow?

Over the years many competitors have attempted to branch interstate with limited or no success. Some years ago representatives from 2 insurers put forward the notion that we consider broadening our service offerings to other states. After undertaking extensive feasibility studies and committing to a National strategy, it only took 14 months to officially open our NSW office. In these 14 months we strengthened operational systems & processes, creating detailed operational manuals, researching industry requirements views or trends, obtaining support from insurers and loss adjusters, sourcing professional trades and staff and only then trialling the pilot operation in regional centres.
In short our vision, planning, systems and infrastructure guided our success. As clients see that our model is a tried and reputable repair solution, contrary to other builder’s attempts, the Pattersons group is supported with the industries momentum.
